Einfy, Türkiye operates the Einfy service. This document applies to public visitors, account users and organizations using the platform, subject to mandatory law.
1. Purpose
This policy protects customers, monitored properties, external services and Einfy’s infrastructure. It applies to every user, workspace, API call, scan, integration, report and automated action.
3. No unauthorized access or testing
- Do not bypass authentication, paywalls, CAPTCHAs, robots controls, rate limits or technical restrictions.
- Do not use Einfy for vulnerability exploitation, credential stuffing, password attacks, malware delivery, phishing or intrusive penetration testing.
- Do not scan private networks, administrative panels or non-public endpoints without explicit authority.
- Do not use another person’s OAuth account, token, API key or workspace without permission.
4. Platform and network integrity
- Do not create excessive requests, intentionally harmful load, denial of service or queue abuse.
- Do not evade plan limits, create deceptive duplicate accounts or automate the interface outside supported methods.
- Do not interfere with logs, attribution, billing, security controls, monitoring or incident response.
- Do not reverse engineer or scrape protected application components except where law expressly permits.
5. Prohibited data and content
Do not submit unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, defamatory or malicious content; highly sensitive personal data that the service is not designed to process; secrets unrelated to a supported integration; or data obtained without a lawful basis. Do not use reports to misrepresent certification, compliance, ranking guarantees or facts.
6. Competitor intelligence
Competitor monitoring must remain within lawful, publicly observable boundaries. Do not use Einfy to impersonate a competitor, access private analytics, circumvent access controls, copy protected content at scale, harass an organization or coordinate market manipulation.
7. Enforcement
Einfy may throttle, block, suspend, remove data or terminate access where necessary to stop harm, protect the service, comply with law or investigate credible abuse. When safe and appropriate, Einfy will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to affected providers or authorities where legally required.
8. Reporting concerns
Report suspected abuse through the Support Center. Include the workspace, site, time and relevant evidence without exposing credentials or sensitive exploit details in public channels.
